Information Obtained from Third Parties
To support and enhance the Service, we work with a variety of third-party advertising networks, marketing analytics service providers, and website analytics companies. These third-party advertising service providers collect and use personal data about your visits to and use of this website and mobile applications, as well as other websites, to provide you with tailored advertisements and content that meet your preferences and possible interests, or to better understand advertising effectiveness. Aggregated demographic and interest data will also be used for market research purposes.
Use of Information Obtained by JobSky
JobSky may, from time to time, send you service-related and product change notifications through the general operation of the Service. We will send you reminder notifications to support the JobSky teaching method by strengthening the learning rhythm and helping you maintain your learning status. We process your data to help provide you with services and provide personalized functions to understand and improve our services and keep our services safe and reliable.
JobSky may use or share anonymous data collected through this service, including unlimited activity data. As a business, it is crucial for us to fulfill our contract with you with the best service, and performing these processing functions and enabling service emails by default to protect your data security and provide our services is in our legitimate interests. You can opt out of any non-essential service emails at any time.
We may also use your contact information to send you notifications about new services, offers, and promotions provided by JobSky, provided that you have explicitly agreed to receive such communications.
When you register with JobSky, some of your information will be made public, which will include data from your JobSky profile and account (name, location, profile, username, user ID, profile picture, and JobSky+ membership); your followers and those you follow; and your learning progress. By default, it is only visible to you or those with whom you share the link. Your JobSky account email address will not be publicly displayed.
When you visit the service, JobSky will use profile information to return to you and be edited by you, and display profile information to other users. In some cases, other users can supplement your profile, including submitting comments (which you can delete). JobSky uses this information to provide you with support, send you important notices, enforce our terms, conditions, and policies, communicate with you, manage the service, and perform internal operations, including for troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes.

Sharing Your Personal Data with Third Parties
These data processors help us provide services to you. For example, we may share your information to detect where or how you encountered errors when using our mobile application. For these operations, our service providers may access personal data for a limited time. When we use service providers to process any personal data, we implement contractual protections that limit the use of that personal data to providing services to JobSky.
We will be required to grant access and disclose personal data in response to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or to comply with applicable laws. In addition, when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, protect our interests or property, prevent fraud or other illegal activities committed through the Service or using the JobSky name, or prevent imminent harm, we will grant access and share account or other personal data. This will include granting access to and sharing personal data with other companies, lawyers, agents, or government agencies.

JobSky will retain your data until your account is deleted, after which we will retain anonymous data collected through this Service, including activity data, which may be used by JobSky or shared with third parties in any way.
Please note that some rights are not absolute. In some cases, we may refuse a request if complying with a request to exercise a specific right means that we are no longer able to fulfill our contractual obligations to provide you with specific products and services. When you make a request, we will notify you of the actions we can take at any time.
If you need further assistance with your rights, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and we will consider your request in accordance with applicable law. In some cases, our ability to maintain these rights for you may depend on our obligation to process personal information for security, fraud prevention, regulatory or legal compliance reasons, or because processing data is necessary to provide you with the services you have requested. In this case, we will notify you of the specific details according to your request.
